Lou is such a professionals

The house that I sold recently in Kensington is the 5th house in the Flemington Kensington area that I have sold through Lou and his company. I guess that fact more than reflects my opinion of Lou and the way in which he and his staff approach the sale of a property. He has a thorough knowledge of property values in the area and is certainly capable of advising the likely outcome of auction. I have always been confident in his assessments and he has always been able to give accurate assessments. Lou involves his whole team in the marketing of the property. Although he allocates individuals to oversee the sale program he ensures that all staff are aware of each property so that the vendor can be assured of best coverage of potential purchasers. He will give honest and reliable advice prior to auction to assist in obtaining the best outcome for the property. He was able to recommend professionals who dressed each of my houses beautifully and I believe their assistance with the use of space and best placement of furniture added significantly to the outcome Lou is also adept at recommending the most appropriate advertising mix for the property. His team are thoughtful, helpful and entirely professional and go the extra mile when necessary. I would highly recommend his capacity to negotiate on behalf of the vendor. In at least one sale the auction was slow and the house was passed in. Lou worked tirelessly on my behalf and within weeks had found a buyer who was prepared to pay the reserve price. His negotiation skills in this circumstances were invaluable. Finally I have to mention his skill as an auctioneer. Lou has a great manner. He is able to appeal to the crowd. He is authoritative and professional,yet relaxed, and is thus able to ensure that both the vendor’s and the purchaser’s experience is neither overpowering or terrifying. He will ensure through this approach that he gains the absolute best that he can!! I think he is by far the best in the area.
