Available August 2026. We have a large studio available in the Tabletop Estate in Withcott. We are a family with young kids, and the granny flat is underneath our house. From time to time you will hear kids doing kid things upstairs, but they are out of the house 5 days a week. We both work and enjoy family time, we respect our tenants privacy and expect the same in return.
We live in a lovely, quiet bushy area with lots of wildlife around - wallabies, possums, echidnas and the occasional carpet python. We are approx 13 mins to Toowoomba Base Hospital, 7 mins from the Range Shopping Centre and 13 mins from Grand Central Shopping Centre. We will only take single one single tenant for the studio and someone either working full time or studying and working. This would suit someone that lives a quiet life, or that works in Toowoomba and goes home on the weekend. We have two young children, chickens and a cat, and aren't looking to add to our fur family at this stage.
