Spilt over two levels, the open plan living dining and kitchen are below, with the two bedrooms and bathroom above. Each bedroom has its own private balcony while there's a third one off the kitchen dining area. Located near the dead end of a short laneway off a low-traffic lane, in a boutique block of only seven apartments, most of which are owner occupied, you will hardly know at night that you are in the centre of things, because it's so quiet. The furniture and appliances are good quality where you want it: solid Queen size beds, high end mattresses, a comfy couch. Fridge/freezer, combination microwave/oven, ceramic stovetop with exhaust overhead, dishwasher, washing machine, Dyson stick vacuum cleaner all there for you to use. The beds each have two pillows, two sets of sheets and one blanket provided, and towels too. The kitchen has the usual crockery and cutlery. Basically everything you see in the pictures. You just need to bring yourself, your clothes and your personal items. New hardwood floors were installed in 2025. It's located down a one-block-long dead end (to cars, but not pedestrians) laneway. It's unbelievably quiet at night. (You'll faintly hear the occasional tram dinging its bell, maybe, on the other side of a building; very occasionally the neighbours.) Seriously: it's hard to believe you're in the CBD when it's night. It's on the fourth floor, and there are NO lifts. There's no parking, but there is a storage cage in the garage area that can fit a bike. For lease by the owner - no real estate agents treating you unkindly. I am happy to hear about things needing repair as they happen so that issues can get fixed quickly before they turn into problems. I do everything by the book, and treat tenants like the human beings that they are. I prefer to screen people first, then offer an inspection. The place is currently unoccupied so it is available immediately.
