I have ticked pets allowed, but really prefer small pets only. There is a large cat flap fitted to the back door.
Garden shed is small and will have tools and paint stored in there. I'll try to leave some room.

Idealy prefer middle aged woman, either single or with one teenage child. Sorry if this sounds descriminatory, but have had bad experiences with 20 and 30 somethings who party hard and damage property.
