The occupier will need to provide their own kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, towels, linen, blankets etc.
Rent is $365 a week. Bond is $1460. Electricity is not included and the meter will be read and usage invoiced monthly. Water is included. Internet is provided by the occupier of the house at no charge to the occupier of the granny flat as a courtesy.
This flat is available to a single occupier only.
Pets are unable to be accommodated.
Due to health reasons, the occupier of the flat will need to be a non-smoker.
This is a shared property and the occupier of the granny flat will need to be respectful of the proximity of the other occupied space.
