Well suited to the market he’s working in.

Matt is not the flashy Mercedes driver with all the shit and glitter that you get on the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. He drives a Colorado Dual Cab (not even a Hilux for this man) that is perfect for the region of Toowoomba he blends into the environment he lives and works in. We were never hassled or contacted without actual news of where we were and how it was all going. Like all sellers we would have liked more but from the onset we agreed to accept market value at the time of sale a loss for us after the improvements carried out but time to move on.
