We learnt a most valuable lesson

We learnt a most valuable lesson by engaging George Cosentino of Team Dynamic/Residentialist Real Estate. Prior to engaging him, we had two other agencies provide us with appraisals on our Morley property. Both were large franchised offices who market relentlessly in our area. We opted for Coso (George Cosentino) as he did not appear to rush us. He also clearly explained his clever campaign strategy, to ensure the highest possible selling price and guarantee satisfaction. Coso indeed did this, with an outstanding selling price. In fact, his work resulted in a selling price some $100,000 more than a similar house just a few doors down by one of the other agencies. This is remarkable, and proof to us that the larger agents who make all the noise and market themselves the most, don't necessarily give you the best service and results...in fact, we are convinced now that the smaller office, with less song and dance, ultimately can provide a friendlier and personalised service, with a fantastic outcome.
