The FNPV representative, Kimberley, who managed the property and interacted with me on several occasions, was very coopertive, responded promptly to my requests, provided all the necessary information that I needed on different occasions and kept me well informed, all with a cheerful mood. The property was renovated in mid 2020 during which Kimberley showed great customer care by extending her support through the process despite COVID 19 pandemic. She paid special care to ensure that the property is secured after completion of the renovation. I found her to be thorough in her approach, polite and, most importantly, action oriented.
