I am truly grateful to Ash and Sienna for approving our rental application and helping my husband and me settle into our new home. We already love the locality—the neighbours are kind, and having Costco just a few minutes away is an added bonus. It already feels like the right place for us. Despite her busy schedule, Ash has been responsive to my emails and has guided us smoothly through the transition process. I really appreciate her support and am looking forward to building a positive tenant–agent relationship. As we continue settling in, I’ve noticed how bright and uplifting the space feels, especially with the natural sunlight streaming in through the backyard and windows. I do understand this might be an investment property and perhaps the landlord has not lived here themselves. If I may share one small piece of feedback, I would suggest considering stronger door locks and sturdier doors in the future—particularly if the landlord ever intends to move back in. The property itself is lovely, but as the builder (The Bathla Group) has had some mixed reviews, an added layer of security could provide peace of mind. While the neighbourhood feels safe, I believe it’s always better to be cautious. PropertyMe app definitely needs a revamp for better user experience.
