Professionalism and communication was excellent.

Response Real Estate were looking after the property whilst it was rented. They did an excellent job so I meet with Chris to discuss the preparation of the property and all other costs. Chris put me in contact with a builder who project managed the whole work needed from painting to lights blinds bathrooms and gardens. The project was completed in a very short time and all work done was excellent. Chris then arranged one off market open home and then another open home the following Saturday and the property was sold. I would highly recommend Chris Carr to anyone.
