•Tim was very approachable at the initial open house and appeared genuine when we explained our plan to purchase the house for our son & his young family. There were no issues when we wanted an additional inspection, including our son & daughter in law. Tim was able to quickly arrange access for 1.5hrs one afternoon so I could conduct my own pre-purchase inspection even though he had auctions to attend to later that evening & an inspection report was already available to purchase. This was very important to me as I am a qualified structural engineer & prefer to do my own inspections. We maintained a good relationship through the price negotiation stage & I liked the genuine congratulations offered by Tim when we were successful in the purchase. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Tim as we head rapidly to final settlement later this month.
