When we recently decided to sell our home and move onto greener pastures, we were stick with the over whelming task our finding an agent. Sure we did a lot of research and I spoke with many agents about our plans. None how ever had the approach that Sam had suggested. We were instantly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and positive attitude. We were really comfortable with choosing him purely based on his sales records but for me it was about a partnership and a good partnership has to be built on trust. If you read all the 'blurb' on websites about Sam, you may be suspicious that its a bit too good to be true - but I can assure you it's not. Its all true and it's all good. Don't just take my word for it though, give him the time and set up a face to face chat and I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Through thick and thin Sam stood by (and with) us in our sale. He always kept us up to date and informed. His attitude and professionalism is second to none. We can't thank him enough for his efforts - that's not some thing I say lightly. To quote Douglas Adams; "To give REAL service, you must add something that can not be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity" Both of which Sam has in abundance.
