Integrous, hard working, knowledgeable and honest

Chris and his team are worth their weight in gold. Over the last 2 years, I have been a vendor with them, selling multiple properties and would say they work with both seller and buyers to get the best outcome for all. They do this better than anyone I have dealt with in 25 years in the property market. Chris has an in-depth knowledge of local and global events and can distill them down to what they mean for you as a vendor and your market. He won't beat around the bush and is always straight forward and honest. This allows you to make informed decisions with what to do with your property, without second guessing his or his teams' motives. Often, I have found that Chris' advice is in my best interest at the expense of his. A very, very rare commodity in an agent, who will usually push you to sell no matter what the market's doing. After all, a $50k discount for you, is only a $1000 loss for them. Why wouldn't an agent push you to sell?! Chris operates completely opposite to this, with no high pressure sales and just good, honest feedback and advice to help you get the best outcome in any market.
