The 'go to' agent for the Inner West

“Under promise and over deliver” is how they say professionals should operate. And I’m happy to report that’s exactly what Rich & Oliva did for me over the weekend. Boy, did they deliver! From the outset, Marco and the team have been a joy to deal with, from initial campaign planning through to auction day. I can be pretty detail-oriented but nothing was too much trouble for them. Every element of the campaign fell into place and was executed on time and without fuss, including the photo and video shoots, marketing, styling and signage. Open homes – of which I had 10 due to high demand, with several being after hours and some at short notice – were a breeze and handled beautifully by the team. All this concluded at auction on Saturday with a price for my beloved Croydon cottage that I would never have expected in a million years. A special mention goes out to Brooke who has a lovely way about her, is super-efficient and made all the paperwork wrinkles go away. Having lived across the Inner West for more years than I care to remember and at least 20 of them in Croydon, I do not believe any other agent knows the area better than Marco. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Rich & Oliva as your ‘go to’ agent if buying or selling in the Inner West.
