We are so thankful for the help we received from Matthew Everingham and Marguerite Jensen in the recent sale of our apartment. Matthew was the real estate agent that sold us the property back in 2011. He made a good impression on us then through his responsive, can do attitude. We also found him to be very genuine and trustworthy. Despite it not being the closest agency to our property geographically, Matthew and the team at Richard Matthews Real Estate were an obvious choice for us when we decided to sell our property because we wanted to feel comfortable during the selling process, and we had confidence that he would be impressive yet genuine to all the potential buyers that dealt with him. Throughout the campaign we found Matthew, Marguerite and the Team to be immensely helpful. They provided help with finding a great stylist, provided beautiful photography and marketing, provided excellent advice and communicated clearly with us along the way. They helped settle our nerves in the final days of the campaign and we felt that we were in very capable hands come auction day. The fact that we had so much trust and respect for Matthew and the team made auction day, and the decisions that came with it, relatively easy.
