Strong client centric focus with excellent communication, local knowledge and market experience.

Matt and his team at Richard Matthews Real Estate were second to none in the way that they managed the marketing campaign and auction of our late parents’ home. From the very start of the process, they were open and honest in setting realistic expectations, strategy and communications, whilst being empathetic in the fact that we were selling a property that had been in the family for over 70 years. Throughout the marketing campaign Matt and Vernon were in constant communication with updates on the open houses and how the mood was and interest from prospective buyers. On the day of the auction, they really shone, a super professional team worked the floor with Matt at the helm bring out the competition from the crowd. The auction was tough and got off to a slow start, however Matt leveraged on his excellent communication skills and wealth of experience to steer the price to where we were happy to sell and let the hammer drop. Matthew helped us sell our father's property which has been in the family since 1942 and my home since 1965.
