Vivek really took care of me and my sale

Vivek impressed me right from the beginning. He responded promptly and fairly to all my emails in fact he was the only agent who responded when I wrote to three agents who I thought I might be able to deal with. He gave me an accurate assessment of the current market and at my request, he pulled his marketing department into line when they went overboard with their hyperbole. He gave me considered advice throughout the campaign and at the end he gave me the options available and clarified exactly what each option entailed, which was exactly what he had done with all our dealings.
