The right agent for a difficult property in a difficult market.

Michael has been with us though quite a number of property sales over recent years. In each instance and including the most recent, having an experienced agent makes the whole process stress free. The home we sold recently had some very strong features and a couple of issues which meant that it appealed to a very limited segment of the market. Michael stuck with the process until we found the right buyer. It took a little longer than we had originally hoped but in what has been a very slow market we got there at a fair market price for the home.
