Questionable processes

Overall good experience but I had a huge amount of trouble with communication from contractors or other people through the R&W office. I was continually told that something would happen and inevitably it was a lot different to what I was told. My house keys were given to the buyer to access my house without the agent in attendance despite specific instructions to not do this creating a security concern for me. Mark personally was good to deal with but I was misled at many stages in the process.
