What could have been a very a stressful situation having to quickly dispose of a lot of furniture both by donation and sale (some family antiques were involved), Lewis enabled a very mutually beneficial settlement between the purchasers and I so that they were happy for me to leave what I couldn’t take with me for their use, in exchange for minor works identified by the building inspection. A win win for all of us. Lewis has continued to keep me up to date on progress and has been very helpful with advice on ensuring a smooth transition from me to the new owners.
