An association worth repeating.

We have used the services of R & W Caboolture for almost 17 years. In that time we received excellent service from their property management department for our rental property. Their tenant selection and property inspections were professionally handled and rental payments on time. They completed any required property maintenance promptly after consulting with us. Recently we decided to sell the property. Both Scott and Jarrod inspected the property, made suggestions to enhance its sale-ability and suggested a sale price that met the current market. In the end, within 2 weeks of listing the property had several potential purchasers and ultimately sold at a price far exceeding expectations. Would I use them again, or recommend them ... definitely a Yes.
