Passionate and compassionate

I was helping a friend sell a deceased estate which had fallen into disrepair. Jeff gave us all the options - to sell as is, or have a raft of repairs made which would maximise the property's value. Once we decided to proceed, Jeff arranged to have the repairs made, supervised the work, and kept us informed of the whole process from start to finish. His hands-on approach got us the best possible price, even in a slow market. As a local he knows the local market and has loads of experience to draw upon. You can tell he loves his work and takes his responsibilities as your agent seriously. What's more he was patient and kind throughout, given the difficult family circumstances. Very easy to communicate with. Can't recommend him enough!
