We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brett. From the outset, he responded to all my emails/questions even before it wasn't obvious that we were particularly interested in the property. His responses were timely, informative and accurate. At inspection, again helpful but didn't apply any pressure. We are appreciated the relaxed environment. Then during negotiations, he was efficient and honest. If I were selling, I would certain retain Brett.
