Made my first home purchase an ease

I felt like I was very fortunate to be dealing with John as the realestate agent of the property. From day one John was very pleasant to deal with. He met after hours to view the property initially when I gave him little to no notice, I called him in the afternoon that day and he insisted we come after his working hours for us to view it. As I’ve never bought a house I didn’t know what to expect or even know what to do in this difficult process, John offered his knowledge and advised me on what steps to take and advise on the best way to go about different things. Every message was replied to almost instantly, every phone call was responded to so I never felt out of the loop. The only minute thing I’d say is that when I first went to the open house, I was advised that the fridge and washing machine was definitely being left when the property was sold but this advice changed what I viewed the property the second time, I just felt like if it wasn’t definite it should have been left out until the sellers were set on that. Other then that I am pleased with my dealings with John and would recommend him further Thank you very much
