Some might say it was inevitable that James would make real estate his career, as he possesses many of his well known and well respected father, Michael Dunn’s’ traits. Having been influenced over the years observing the success his father enjoyed, James developed a desire to follow that lead. Completing a degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics James joined R & W Double Bay initially in the Property Management Department. After eighteen months in this fast paced environment he decided to broaden his horizons in the European market. After enjoying the life of travel, he soon settled in London with one of the leading agencies. Commencing as a “Negotiator”, leasing high-end properties and enjoying phenomenal success doing so, James was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager in the prestigious South Kensington/Chelsea Branch. Best deal closer in the industry

My agent of choice (& I know many having previously worked in the industry). I have sold 3 homes through Veronika Turnbull. She is super knowledgeable, ethical, tenacious, hard working, always available, empathetic, always goes the extra mile, but above all she is an ace negotiator. She knows how to close a deal in the best interests of her client. I know this also from the buyer’s side as Veronika was the selling agent of this property when I purchased it. She reached out to me knowing I was looking. I was not living in Sydney at the time & as I had intimate knowledge of the property I know how hard she worked for the vendor. My only wish is that she wasn’t the selling agent as I’d probably have bought it for less!!

For well over a decade, Michael and his team have kept us up to date with the state of the retail market in our area and when the time came for us to sell our much loved family home, he immediately knew the best way to present the house and gardens to attract and interest the perfect buyers.
