He achieved the highest sale in our building since 2017 for one-bedroom apartments, which is a testament to his ability to deliver winning outcomes for his clients. During the sale of our property, the purchaser requested more searches than would be normally required (and whilst this did create more work for both sides of the transaction) Bill attended to each request with initiative, diligence and professionalism. On top of this, Bill was able to gracefully handle various objections, challenges, and obstacles that would have otherwise derailed a less experienced and less skilled agent.
