Bill Farias is an excellent agent and I fully recommend him. He achieved the highest sale in our building since 2017 for one-bedroom apartments, which is a testament to his ability to deliver winning outcomes for his clients. During the sale of our property, the purchaser requested more searches than would be normally required (and whilst this did create more work for both sides of the transaction) Bill attended to each request with initiative, diligence and professionalism. Throughout the process, Bill managed, coordinated, and liaised with all of the parties in a timely and effective manner. On top of this, Bill was able to gracefully handle various objections, challenges, and obstacles that would have otherwise derailed a less experienced and less skilled agent. Moreover, Bill was the agent who also assisted us at the time of the original purchase of our apartment. This was an off-the-plan sale which required a level of expertise and knowledge that Bill has continually demonstrated throughout his career. He generously guided us through the maze of off-the-plan purchasing and provided us with a strong level of assurance and confidence around the property we eventually secured. On reflection, it perfectly matched our requirements and we are grateful for having sought Bill’s expert opinions on the real estate market. Overall, beyond being happy vendors in this transaction, we are also happy investors, having achieved a premium in our investment. This is largely thanks to Bill’s expertise and consultative approach to property.
