I can't recommend Joseph highly enough, he has done an amazing job in selling our property, and achieving a suburb record for a 2 bed apartment for our area in doing so !! When I originally met Joseph nearly 18 months we were just after an appraisal of our property after doing a full renovation job. He was obviously and genuinely blown away by what we had done, and loved the unit. However at the time, we had no plans on selling. But 12 months later, after some health issues, we were ready to sell and we contacted Joseph again, was very excited to to take us on. And he had faith that we would get the prices we wanted, which whilst high for the area, our apartment is so unique with a huge balcony, he was confident we would achieve. And he came through with the perfect buyer for our property at a great price. Thank you so much Joseph for all your efforts...let's crack open that champagne now !! :)
