Personable and professional - great combo for a first-home buyer
I spent over 7 months looking for an apartment to buy in Sydney’s inner-west. A total rollercoaster process as a first-home buyer and attempting to purchase in a period of rapid and substantial price increases. I met Joseph at a property I loved but ultimately lost at auction. In all my time looking - and after many offers, auctions and meeting dozens of agents - Joseph was the only agent who actually followed through on his word to connect me with properties (including off-market) AND that also met my criteria. I bought off-market and Joseph was great in organising inspections and providing clear information. He wasn’t pushy and promptly replied to all questions - big or small. Added bonus of being friendly and, I felt, trustworthy. It was honestly the nicest and calmest experience I had during the whole search. I’m waiting for settlement and looking forward to moving in. I truly don’t think I would be in this situation if not for Joseph!
