I am pleased to have the opportunity to write a review for Geoff, I have been a real estate valuer for over forty years and in this time I have had discussions with many and varied real estate agents. I must say that Geoff has certainly restored my faith in real estate agents, his frank and open discussions regarding the market, pricing, general condition of our house together with the marketing of the property was always supported with sound facts and reasoning with no emotional pressure. Geoff's support with advice and suggestions was always very well received, and his advice re tradesmen and additional help was faultless. Punctuality with appointments and open for inspections was excellent as was Geoff's follow up and keeping us informed of what was going on generally, as was the update of potential buyers and what was there opinion on price and house condition etc, by phone and face to face meetings.
