Honest, fair and transparent

I am a young first homebuyer and breaking into the Sydney property market can be tough and intimidating. My experiences leading up to my purchase of 3/11A Illiliwa St Cremorne, were not the best. Often agents would not take me seriously due to my age and independence. However, that was not the case with Philip. He treated me like any other potential buyer and took me very seriously from the get-go. I felt like me he managed a clear line of communication throughout the process with myself and the vendor and acted purely on the vendors instructions and not for his own interests. Philip allowed me to settle on the property over the weekend, where I could sign contracts late on Saturday and Sunday night, making me feel he was always available. Overall, my experience with Phil was very positive and without him I am unsure I would have been able to purchase that property.
