catherine really sold us walker street and then sold webb street. she gave us early access to what we had wanted to buy and then calmly evaluated and guided us through our sale on our terms (we didn't want an auction or to spend money on upgrades, we wanted to sell "as is") she accurately assessed the sale price, humoured us when we asked to put in on the market for more and managed the whole process with us overseas. she told the first person to make an offer what we would accept and short circuited any haggling. she is great.
