Good Negotiator, straight shooter, professional.

Rocco was always clear about what he could or could not do from the beginning to the end. Very responsive and a good negotiater

I've been with Rocco since he took over this agency many years ago. Management of my property has always been good. Quick to find tenants when required and always high levels of communication from the staff, who tend to remain there working at the agency for many years. So, when the time came to sell (after about 32yrs) it was a "No Brainer" to select this agency and I have been very pleased with the result- a quick and efficient sale. Emily did a great job attracting a buyer and negotiating a good price.
