A professional and experienced sales person

Rocco discussed advertising and price target & recommended renovations for higher value. I agreed to this & even though tenants delayed the work, he remained dedicated to the task. Within 15 days i had an offer. Rocco negotiated for hours and got a lot higher amount. Very happy to sign contract and with the result. Highly recommend Rocco for efficient and professional service!

Professional and passionate sales person

Emily had a plan for advertising and improvements for the unit, which i agreed to. Even though tenants made progress difficult, Emily remained dedicated & patient for the work to be completed. There was interest for the 1st inspection & she kept communicating to get an offer. With an offer, she negotiated a much higher amount & contract signed quickly. A shorter settlement was agreed to which i wanted. Highly recommend the firm and Emily for selling property.
