Very personable

My wife and I have been trying to buy for nearly 2 years. It has been a long hard journey attending countless open homes and auctions which has given us a reasonable understanding of how the industry works. We have dealt with quite a few agents and have to say, we had developed an attitude that nobody can be trusted. (Stories include being ensured that we will be successful, to go ahead with building inspections and solicitor look over the contract, expense!! Only to find out that there are higher offers). Then we inspected our apartment and met Conor who is just a ‘down to earth’ gentleman who was very understanding of our mistrust and made us feel very comfortable and confident to communicate in his presence. On a professional basis he laid all the facts out on the table so we knew where we stood through the whole process of purchase, calling us immediately with any changes and instantly answering his phone with any enquires we had. To us Conor stood out from the rest and wish him all the best for the future.
