Excellent Property Management

I have been with Richardson & Wrench for many years now and their property managers are excellent. Currently the manager for my properties is Kayla Fenech. She is brilliant. Keeps me informed as to what is happening, what needs repairing or replacing, organises quotes and gets it done. She arranges regular inspections so I know my properties are being well looked after. I can’t recommend her and Richardson $ Wrench at Rooty Hill enough.
