Wonderful customer service takes pride in their work.

I have known Melissa for near 8 years, she is such a wonderful person and very genuine, she has vast knowledge about the local area and rental markets. Easy to communicate with her and always makes time for you when you need her help. We recently had our rental property vacated; there were heaps of renovation work to be done, Mel gave us excellent ideas of what we need to do to bring the property back to rental market in minimal time frame. She was guiding us throughout this process and found a good tenant within 1 week. Thanks Mel

Great experience

Our property manager and her assistant, Mel and Paige have great communication in regards to maintenance, they try and get the jobs done as quick as possible with the understanding of time schedules with regular updates as well! They’re very professional, respectful, just overall a great team and a pleasure to work with!
