Best Market Knowledge

Roy knew his local market really well. Advised me to spend some money by Staging my property to maximise it's appeal. I have no doubt staging my property increased its value by $40,000. Roy also advised to paint the interior and get a professional house clean and trim the lawns to get it to a high level of presentation. I was extremely happy with how my property looked when it went on the market. Roy and his team are amazing and I highly recommend them. Roy got me a record price for Rooty Hill.
