Forget the rest, CHRIS IS THE BEST! He is second to none! We have been keeping in touch with the market and Chris for years, and when we finally decided to take the plunge, we put our house online, then in walked COVID 19. It was a time of uncertainty for everything but Chris kept us up to date every single day. At no point did we feel stressed or anxious as he eased any concerns before we even thought them. We had a certain amount in mind, and where other agents would of talked us out of it, Chris gave us his advice and supported whatever we wanted to do (we are a stubborn two), every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure our goal was achieved and we are over the moon with the result! We sold on first inspection, and deal was done within hours!! When we were purchasing (at the same time) he offered his help and advice on this as well. A service I am sure not a lot of other agents would do. Even now, past cooling off and both deals in bed, he touches base with us every week to see how we are going and if there is anything he can do to help us. Above all, Chris is not only exceptional at his job, he is personable, understanding and genuine. He is extremely knowledgeable and has his finger on the pulse as to what is happening in the area, at all times. We have already, and will definitely recommend him to all that we know.
