A wow experience!

We chose Chris Saleh to sell our property based on the positive experience of our neighbour and we were not disappointed. Chris is the ultimate professional and knows the area well. From the moment we met Chris he explained everything we needed to know clearly and early in the process. He communicated with us throughout the process; we never needed to ring him to check where the process was at. Consequently we had zero issues and our expectations were managed so nothing was a surprise. Chris provided us with details for excellent and reliable tradesmen who we contacted and they helped us to complete minor jobs so our property presented well; Chris advised us on what we should do and what wasn't necessary e.g. some of our kitchen cupboards had started to yellow and we initially thought we should replace them but given it is visible to a buyer Chris recommended that we didn't need to do this. The sale process he described to us at the beginning was exactly what happened and we achieved the price he indicated at the beginning would be a good result 3 days after the first open home. We recommend Chris 150%; we felt his management of the process was excellent; his availability to advise us with sensible pragmatic advice was appreciated; connections to reliable trades and an excellent conveyancer were worth their weight in gold and importantly we felt he acted with integrity for both us as sellers and to ensure the potential buyers had the necessary information.
