Selling a Deceased Estate in this Covid 19 times

Chris was very professional from the day he first come to look at the property the day after the funeral up the now. Chris kept us informed ringing us in Brisbane every few days keeping up to date with the progress of the property both in the marketing and the interest in the property up and including information on the feedback from the inspection up to the first offer made and the negotiations to get to Signing and the progress for the 10 days cooling off period to the paying the remainder of the deposit to get to the unconditioned stage of this process. Chis also kept in constant contact with the Solicitors as we moved forward. We chose Chris on the recommendation of our Solicitor and how good he presented on the first meeting. I think Chris loves what he does and has great knowledge of his industry and cares about both the sellers and purchase to get the best outcome for both parties. We would recommend Chis for anyone looking to both buy or sell a property.
