Communication and proactive concerns

My experience with the team at this agency has been mixed. I have found communication to be overly focused on potential negative outcomes rather than identifying practical solutions to issues as they arise. In addition, the tone of some interactions has felt passive aggressive which can make productive discussions more difficult and very time consuming. I would encourage a more collaborative approach that focuses on problem solving clear communication and working through challenges rather than highlighting obstacles or possible outcomes
