Non Paying tenant

Linda and her team were very prompt in dealing with a tenant who refused to pay the full amount of rent. The tenant expected me to rely on their meagre centrelink rent assistance payments they were entitled to. I was forced to leave work and live with my elderly mother to prevent her going into a nursing home. The rent was to become my wage. I took a considerable put cut by relying on the rent. So not all landlords are using their properties as wealth making investments. Linda arranged all the tribunal paperwork and secured a ruling in my favour. Despite this, the tenant was threatening to remain in the property. Linda went above and beyond by arranging with local charities to secure them another place to live. In little over than 1 week of the old tenant moving out, Linda had a new tenant signed up and moved in. I'm greatful to Linda having to deal with the stressful situation, as being a full time carer alone is stressful enough.
