Warwick commenced in Real Estate in 2009 when as a golf professional, was approached by a golf club member with an offer to join his Real Estate sales team. Amassing 40 sales in his first year enlightened him to the challenges and demands that sellers are confronted with in order to sell a property and achieve a maximum price. Combine this with a commitment and knowledge of customer service enables him to deliver a personal service guarantee. Since that first year in Real Estate Warwick progressed in Marketing and Sales, working for some of Australia’s largest companies, including Sensis, KPMG and more relevant Realstate.com.au and Domain.com.au. It is within these roles that Warwick has worked with over 400 Real Estate agencies and more than 1000 agents advising them on the best ways to invest every advertising dollar to reach maximum sale prices for their clients. This has given him unrivalled experience insight into how the best agents around the country operate and is now looking forward to offering you the benefit of this extensive experience. On a lighter side Warwick also runs a busy house with his wife Catherine (Cat) and four kids under 6, Indi, Angus, Hugo and Alby.
