You will be required to provide your own bed linen/pillows, bath towels/mats, pantry cupboard supplies, cleaning products/supplies and tools to ensure you are keeping your allocated spaces clean.
Bedroom 1: $550 per week including all utilities. Main bedroom with private bathroom, built in wardrobe, king bed, bedside table and air conditioning/heating. The main bedroom is also allocated the car park space in the basement.
Bedroom 2: $550 per week including all utilities. Second bedroom with private bathroom, queen bed, tv, bedside tables and built in wardrobe and air conditioning/heating. Street parking only.
Rent per room includes utilities, such as the electricity, water and Internet. Move in costs will be 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond. To keep on top of the standard of cleaning, a cleaner will also attend the apartment once a month to clean the common areas such as the kitchen, lounge, balcony, however you will still be required to ensure that you are cleaning up after yourself after using the common areas as well as staying on a weekly cleaning rotation.
