Chris Henry - Best agent in the Maitland area!

This isn't my first dealings with Chris, and yet again he has been nothing but honest, transparent and totally reliable. Chris always remains professional when getting the best price for the vendor yet he is still able to keep the purchaser's needs and budget in mind. Its not just about the sale of the property with Chris, its the fact that he genuinely wants to help people. He volunteers additional industry advice that other agents wouldn't necessarily help you with. As part of my most recent property search I dealt with competing agents who had nothing but unrealistic pricing structures for properties or who were unreliable when trying to make contact. Some would totally disregard my opportunity to purchase because of my age or because I didn't turn up in a fancy car. The Best

Have bought and sold several houses and properties during my many years in business. I have no doubt that Chris Henry rates as the best I have dealt with. He is tip quality in every aspect of the real estate game. He is frank and fearless in his assessment of property values and has a good grip of what constitutes a feasible buying or selling price. He is also tactful and astute if he thinks the client needs further advice. He worked long and hard to sell one of my properties and never gave up even though the negotiations were protracted and frustrating. In the end his judgement prevailed. Do yourself a favour, use Chris Henry's services. Like me, I am sure you will find he is the an for the job.
