Excellent Property Manager

When it comes to renting out a property, it can be a very daunting thought and experience for some. You often hear so many negative stories and have that element of doubt if you’re doing the right thing or not. Will these tenants look after my property the same way as I did? It’s so important to have a property manager that actually knows what they are talking about and is on your side, managing the property to meet your expectations. Therefore if you are looking for a property manager that is going to go above and beyond, then I couldn’t rate Reagan Capon from Thornton Realty enough for her property management expertise. I first met Reagan when she managed my mother’s investment property over 12years ago. Regan ended up managing this property for almost 9 years and to her credit was just brilliant. Nothing was ever a drama, always ensuring to find the best tenant to place in my mother’s home. The thing I like about Reagan is how passionate she is about her role. She treats your home like it’s her own and wants only the best for you. Her ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections are on point and makes sure the home comes back to you the way you left it. I personally have 3 investment properties that Reagan manages and I have no doubt that my homes are in the best hands because they are in the hands of Reagan.
