I have had my rental property managed by Hassan and Riverbank Real Estate for over 14 years. Hassan and the staff have been fantastic - always demonstrating care, professionalism, good and timely communication, and never a complaint from myself (living interstate), or my tenants, over this time. The property has always had quality tenants and been kept in immaculate condition. Therefore, when the time came to sell it recently, it was a no-brainer to use them as my agents. The property sold within a few weeks, without a single concern and a great result. Everything was done in a highly exceptional manner with the expertise I had come to expect from them.
