ABOVE AND BEYOND

I tried to sell this asset twice before with other agencies. With no luck, and at an expense none the less. They say third times a charm and that is exactly what Jordan is. A charming young man who is driven and motivated. Jordan is not an agent out for commission but rather more a family member invested in your best interest. From the beginning to the end all I remember doing was agreeing to what he thought was the best decision to make and the most effective steps to take. He took care of everything. All I did was say yes. He deserves every bit of credit he receives. I would recommend Jordan to everyone and anyone who is not looking for a sales guy in a shiny suit but rather a partner in your transaction, and a friend to say the least.
