Nothing but helpful

Buying any house anywhere can be quite daunting, but buying a water access only riverfront property on the Hawkesbury river takes the cake. Enter Caelia Collins, who lives and breathes the area and from our initial meeting I knew she honestly had my best interests at heart. Regardless of the fact that she was heavily pregnant at the time nothing was a drama, as the process unfolded I was able to meet her new son Ziggy along the way, all the while she continued to give feedback, was a driving force ensuring the process kept moving forwards and has since given me sound advice on many things unique to the area, hooking me up with local services and the like. Caelia demonstrates a strong community spirit and sincerity and I’m happy to now call her a neighbour and friend, and her down to earth persona made a difficult job easy, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
