Very helpful and full of local knowledge

Caelia was very helpful and full of local information. The properties we were looking at are unique and remote on the river, but she organised for a full tour of available properties in the area on the river and had a lot of useful local knowledge about building a life on the river. She was patient and helpful through the process of bidding against another interested party and continued to support the purchase process through to final exchange.
