Ian grasped our need to sell the property whilst being respectful to the needs of a long term tenant. We discussed the options of renovating the house to sell or leaving the property as is for the new owner to fashion to their requirements. After looking closely at the financial options it was decided to sell as is. With Ian’s focus this ended very successfully for all concerned.
